Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement describes the personal data SuperEx processes and how and for what purposes SuperEx processes personal data.
The SuperEx products mentioned in this statement include SuperEx services, websites, applications, software, servers, and devices.
Please read the product-specific details in this Privacy Statement, which provide additional relevant information. This statement applies to SuperEx's interactions with you, to the SuperEx products listed below, and to other SuperEx products that display this statement.
The personal data we collect
SuperEx collects data that you provide to us, data about your interactions with SuperEx, and data about product usage. Some of this data is provided by you directly, and other data is collected by us through your interactions with the product and your use and experience of the product. The data we collect depends on the context in which you interact with SuperEx, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.
If you represent an organization that utilizes SuperEx Enterprise and Developer Products, such as a business or school, please refer to the Enterprise and Developer Products section of this Privacy Statement to learn more about how we process your data. If you are an end-user of a SuperEx product or a SuperEx account provided by an organization, please refer to the SuperEx Account section of this product provided by an organization for more information.
You can make different choices about the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can refuse. Many of our products require you to provide certain personal data in order to provide services to you. If you choose not to provide the data required for a product or feature, you will not be able to use that product or feature. Similarly, if we are required by law to collect personal data or to enter into a contract with you or to perform a contract to you and you do not provide the data, then we will not be able to enter into a contract; or if this relates to an existing product that you are using, then we may have to suspend or cancel your right to use it. If this is one of the above situations, we will notify you. Where data is not mandatory, if you choose not to share personal data, then you will not be able to use features that require such data to be provided (e.g. personalisation features).
How we use personal data
SuperEx uses the data we collect to provide you with a rich, interactive experience. Typical purposes for which we use data include.
Providing our products, including performing updates, protection and troubleshooting, and providing support. It also includes sharing data when it is needed to provide a service or perform a transaction you have requested.
To improve and develop our products.
Personalize our products and make suggestions.
Advertise and market to you, including sending promotional messages, targeting ads and providing you with relevant offers.
We also use data to run our business, including analyzing our performance, complying with legal obligations, growing our workforce, and conducting surveys.
To achieve these goals, we combine data collected from different environments (for example, in the course of using two SuperEx products) or obtained from third parties in order to provide you with a more seamless, consistent, and personalized experience, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.
The processing of personal data to achieve these goals includes both automated and manual (human) processing methods. Automated methods are typically associated with and complemented by manual methods. For example, artificial intelligence (AI) in automatic methods can be considered as a set of technologies that enable computers to perceive, learn, reason, and assist in decision making to solve problems by human-like means. To build, train, and improve the accuracy of automated processing methods (including AI), we manually examine certain predictions and inferences generated through automated methods against the underlying data on which they are based. For example, we manually review short segments of speech data that have been de-identified to improve speech recognition techniques. This manual review may be performed by a SuperEx employee or vendor working on behalf of SuperEx.
Reasons why we share personal data
We share your personal data with your consent or in connection with the completion of certain transactions/provision of products you have requested or authorized. We may also share or disclose information to subsidiaries and affiliates of SuperEx Holdings; on behalf of our suppliers; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect life; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect the rights and property of SuperEx and its customers.

In some cases, your ability to access or control your personal data will be limited as required or permitted by applicable law.
