Crypto Deposit Tutorial
Cryptocurrency is deposited through the “address.” Suppose you want to transfer crypto from other platforms to the SuperEx account. In that case, first, you have to choose the crypto you want to transfer and the blockchain and paste the deposit address from the SuperEx to fill in the correlated section. You need to click withdraw on another platform and choose the related crypto and blockchain network; after the confirmation of your transfer from the blockchain, the transfer will be succeeded.
You could refer to the below steps and be noted some essential points;
Web Page Deposit
1.Log in SuperEx website; after the successful login, click “Wallet” on the upper right side, and “Overview,” and choose” Deposit.”
2. On the crypto deposit page, select the crypto you want to deposit and the blockchain network you want to use.
Here below is Tether; let’s break down the deposit steps.
3. After choosing the crypto USDT, click “Transfer Network”, and you will see the “Blockchain Network” shown for depositing USDT, such as ERC20, TORN(TRC20), BINANCE SMART CHAIN(BEP20).
4. While you choose the TRON (trc20) mainnet to deposit, your deposit address from SuperEx will be shown below with the QR code. You can click the address to copy it. Now you have to paste the copied address on the withdrawal section on the other platform and confirm withdrawal to continue the procedure; the transfer time and fee depends on the network you choose.
Please be noted:
While you choose the crypto type and mainnet, under the deposit address, there will be shown “minimum deposit amount” and “block confirmation” while both amount is below the minimum amount, superex cannot continue the deposit procedure. While depositing, you may check several times to ensure the crypto type and mainnet you chose from the withdrawn platform and they must be in line with the mainnet and crypto type you chose on the superex. Error selection will lead to deposit failure and asset loss.
5. Some crypto deposit needs MEMO and deposit address simultaneously to conduct a successful deposit on SuperEx. For example, EOS, you have to paste your deposit address to your withdrawal network and provide MEMO; otherwise, you will not succeed with the transfer.
Deposit on the App
1. Log in Superex App, and after logging in, click on “Wallet” and “Withdraw.”
2. In the searching page, select the crypto you are going to deposit
3. On the crypto deposit page, select the crypto and mainnet.
Tether (USDT) below shows the corresponding deposit steps. After choosing USDT, you will see networks that support USDT, such as ERC20, TRON (TRC20), BINANCE SMART CHAIN (BEP20).
4. After you choose the TRON (trc20) network to deposit, your deposit address from SuperEx will be shown below with the QR code. You can click the address to copy it. Now you have to paste the copied address on the withdrawal section from the platform and confirm withdrawal to continue the procedure; the transfer time and fee depends on the network you choose.
Please be noted:
When you choose the crypto type and mainnet, under the deposit address, there will be shown “minimum deposit amount” and “crypto deposit blockchain confirmations”. If your deposit does not meet the minimum deposit amount, SuperEx cannot credit the deposit to your account. If you choose the wrong “cryptocurrency” or “ mainnet”, then the deposit will be lost and cannot be recovered!
