Blockchain is irreversible and anonymous;
while depositing or withdrawing your assets, please verify your filled-in information about crypto, address, and blockchain. If you fill in the wrong address or blockchain, your assets will be lost, and you will not be able to retrieve them. Please be cautious of your operations.
Here below, we outline some commonly occurred errors and relative resolutions.
1. Filling in the wrong address
If you failed to verify the information about crypto, address, and blockchain, and once you filled in the wrong address and blockchain, your assets will be lost, and you will not be able to take them back. Please be cautious; However, if you have suffered a significant loss due to an incorrectly deposited token, you may contact customer service with a detailed description of your top-up error and provide the following information, and SuperEx customer service will promptly determine if it can be recovered.
- Your SuperEx UID
- Your transferred crypto name
- Deposit amount
- TxID
- Deposit address
Please be noted:
SuperEx can only help you to retrieve the assets that you have forgotten to fill in MEMO while depositing. If you forgot to fill in MEMO while you withdraw, SuperEx will not be able to help you take back your assets. You may need to contact the platform which you withdrew your assets to.
3. Deposit assets that are not listed on SuperEx
If you deposited tokens that have not been listed on SuperEx, you would lose your assets forever and will not be able to claim back.
