DAO Member Requirements:
In order to better develop DAO communities and build consensus, SuperEx has proposed the formation of community management committees for DAO communities in various countries and regions based on community consensus and development plans, which have been unanimously recognized by DAO communities in various countries and regions.
The DAO Community Management Committee focuses on community development, consensus building, user service, and operational promotion, and is the best catalyst for the development of SuperEx's global DAO communities.
It is important to note that all decisions of DAO communities are voted by DAO members and the Management Board does not have independent decision-making power.

Responsibilities and Obligations of DAO Members:
Building consensus, serving users and developing community are the core concepts of DAO members. Purpose of DAO Fund Establishment
We are going through a historical transformation, SuperEx needs to go through a period of development from the building of the global DAO community to achieving complete decentralization and entering the Web 3.0 crypto world, which requires the joint efforts of more consensual people, and in this process, the incentive of cryptocurrency is the best catalyst. It will be effective in motivating and maintaining effective governance of DAO teams in various countries and regions around the world. To this end, SuperEx has established the DAO Organization Fund.
DAO Fund Incentive Program
Initial Incentive: SuperEx will create a single special wallet for each DAO team in each country or region, and 10% of SuperEx's platform profits in that country or region will be invested in the fund each month. The public key address of the wallet will be made public to all DAO members, and the allocation of funds within the wallet will be 100% delegated to the DAO team, with SuperEx having no involvement in the management of the fund's use and the DAO team members jointly overseeing it.
Additional Incentives: DAO teams in each country or region will be given a quarterly goal. Additional incentives will be added upon goal achievement, and SuperEx has an additional 12-week support funding program for new DAO teams, which will add 5% of local profits on top of the original 10% profit contribution.

For the DAO Fund, SuperEx has completed the decentralization and the DAO Fund will be a truly decentralized fund organization.
