The specific formula is as follows:

Then Lares can choose ET or USDT to subscribe, and the weight distribution is as follows:
A. The subscription weight of ET order is: 10*(1.5+0.5)=20
B. The subscription weight of the USDT order is: 10*(1+0.5)=15

6.2 Calculation of allocation amount:
The subscription weight of Lares is 35, the total subscription weight of all users is 100, and the total supply is 100,000 USDT.
Then Lares' ET orders can be allocated as: 100 USDT*(20/100)=20USDT
The remaining ET equivalent to 80USDT will be returned to the account.
USDT orders can be allocated to: 100 USDT*(15/100)=15USDT
The remaining to 85 USDT will be returned to the account.
7. Subscription process
7.1 After logging in to the SuperEx account, open the activity subscription page;
7.2 Subscription is available from 10:00 (UTC) on December 26, 2022 to 10:00 (UTC) on December 27, 2022. Users choose the subscription amount (no upper limit) and freeze the subscription funds;
7.3 Orders will end at 10:00 (UTC) on December 27, 2022;
7.4 At 12:00 (UTC) on December 27, 2022, the distribution will be completed, and part of the funds that have not been successfully subscribed will be returned;
7.5 Launch time: 13:00, December 27, 2022 (UTC).
8. Note:
8.1 The "Super Start" IEO event will adjust the corresponding event rules and requirements according to different projects. Users who hold and increase the VIP membership level will get more subscription shares in the subsequent IEO subscriptions;
How to become a VIP member user?
8.2 If the project is fully subscribed by the user, the subscription result will be announced and it will be traded online; if the project is not fully subscribed by users, it will be deemed a failure of the subscription and will not be launched. Frozen assets will be unfrozen at the end of the event;
