Dear SuperExers,
To further enhance account security and strengthen the platform's overall protection capabilities, SuperEx has completed a new round of security system upgrades.
This upgrade involves account login security mechanisms and two-factor authentication (2FA) features. To ensure continued access to your account, please follow the instructions below based on your current login status:
Logged-in Users: Please rebind your 2FA authenticator to complete this security upgrade.
Logged-out Users: Please update the SuperEx App to the latest version, log in to your account again, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the 2FA authenticator binding process.
The latest app versions are:
- iOS: V2.9.44
- Google Play: V2.9.7
- Android APK: V2.9.7
Due to app store review processes and release schedules in certain regions, the latest version may not yet be available on the iOS App Store or Google Play in some countries or regions. If the update is not yet available in your region, please use the following alternatives:
iOS Users: You can log in to your account via the SuperEx desktop website and rebind your 2FA authenticator.
Google Play Users: You can download the latest Android APK installer through official SuperEx channels, install it, log in to your account, and complete the 2FA binding process.
To protect your account, please download and install the SuperEx App only through the official SuperEx website or other official channels. Do not download the app from unknown links, third-party websites, or unofficial sources.
If you encounter any issues during the upgrade, login, or 2FA binding process, please contact SuperEx official customer support for assistance.
Thank you for your continued support of SuperEx.com.
