The longer you hold ET, the more shares you can subscribe
The specific rules are as follows:
1. IEO subscription period: 8:00 June 7, 2023 (UTC) - 8:00 June 8, 2023 (UTC)
2. Participation requirements: SuperEx.com registered users can participate
3. Number of subscriptions: 1 SYNE = 0.018USDT
Minimum subcription amount for a single account: 2.5 ET equivalent subscription assets;
VIP0 can subscribe for 50 copies; VIP1 can subscribe 100 copies;
VIP2 can subscribe 150 copies; VIP3 can subscribe 200 copies;
VIP4 and above can subscribe 300 copies
4. Cryptocurrencies that can participate in conversion: ET
You can subscribe with ET. After participating in the subscription, the subscribed assets will be frozen in the spot account. After the subscription is successful, the subscription funds will be deducted when the token is issued. If the subscription funds are insufficient, the subscription will fail.
5. Participation Procedure
Step 1: Subscribe the IEO project share with ET until the maximum share can be subscribed.
Step 2: Weighting Calculation
a) SuperEx user incentive weight is added
Among all IEO subscribers, according to the ET time held in their accounts, the additional share weight:
The top 10% of ET holding time, weight +1.5
The top 20% of ET holding time, weight +1
The top 30% of ET holding time, weight +0.5
b) Among all IEO subscription users, if 10 or more users are invited to successfully subscribe, the weight will be +0.5, and each invited user will have a weight of +0.2.
Step 3: Calculate the actual number of user subscriptions
The actual number of shares subscribed by the user will be determined by the proportion of the user's subscription weight in the total subscription weight. The total subscription weight is the sum of the weights of all participants.
Step 4: Share Allocation
a) Once the final distribution of each user is determined, the locked ET will be deducted from the subscription amount in exchange for IEO tokens. The unsubscribed part of ET will be returned;
b) The allocated IEO tokens will be unlocked and allocated. The first allocation will unlock 10% of the new coins, and the remaining 10% will be unlocked at the same time every month. All unlocks will be completed within 10 months, and the unlocked new coins will be automatically released to the fund account.
6. Allocation Rules
6.1 Users participating in the Super Start IEO activity can calculate the number of allocated tokens according to the following formula:
a) User subscription weight = (invitation weight + additional weight of ET holding time) * number of user subscriptions
b) User's actual subscription share = (user subscription weight/total subscription weight)
c) The number of tokens actually subscribed by the user = the actual number of tokens subscribed by the user * the total allocated share * the number of tokens per share
6.2 Examples:
User Lares participates in EA's IEO project subscription, where EA=0.001USDT
Step 1: Subscribed 10 EAs with ET, ranked in the top 30% of ET holding time, and 11 Lares accumulative invitees participated in the subscription;
The second step: the weight distribution is as follows
The subscription weight of ET orders is: 10*(0.5+0.5)=10, the subscription weight of Lares is 10.
Step 3: The actual number of shares subscribed by the user
The subscription weight value of Lares is 10, and the total subscription weight value of all users is 100, so the actual subscription number of Lares is: (10/100)=0.1 part
Step 4: The number of tokens actually subscribed by the user
The total supply is 100,000 USDT equivalent EA, a total of 10,000 copies, each containing 10,000 EAs, then Lares' orders can be allocated to: 10*0.1*10000=10000 EA.
7. Subscription process
7.1 After logging into your SuperEx account, open the active subscription page;
7.2 Subscription period: June 7, 2023 at 8:00 UTC - June 8, 2023 at 8:00 UTC, the user selects the subscription amount and freezes the subscription funds;
7.3 Share freeze period: June 8 2023 at 8:00 UTC - June 9 2023 at 7:00 UTC, during which shares are frozen;
7.4 Share distribution time: June 9, 2023 at 7:00 (UTC) unlock distribution and return part of the funds that have not been successfully subscribed;
7.5 Online trading time: June 9, 2023 at 8:00 (UTC);
7.6 Deposit opening time: June 9, 2023 at 10:00 (UTC);
8. Notes
8.1 The "Super Start" IEO campaign will adjust the corresponding campaign rules and requirements depending on the project. Users holding and increasing the VIP membership level will receive more subscription shares in the subsequent IEO subscriptions;

8.2 If the project is fully subscribed by users, the subscription result will be announced and the transaction will be put online; if the project is not fully subscribed by users, the subscription will be regarded as a failure and will not be put online. Frozen assets will be unfrozen at the end of the campaign;
