The specific rules are as follows:
1. IEO subscription period: 8:00 July 24th, 2023 (UTC) - 8:00 July 25th, 2023 (UTC)
2. Participation requirements: SuperEx.com registered users can participate
3. Number of subscriptions: 1 WILDS = 0.03 USDT
Subscription target: ET, USDT
Minimum subscription amount for a single account: 2.5ET equivalent subscription assets, 10USDT equivalent subscription assets;
VIP0 can subscribe for 50 copies; VIP1 can subscribe 100 copies;
VIP2 can subscribe 150 copies; VIP3 can subscribe 200 copies;
VIP4 and above can subscribe 300 copies
4. Cryptocurrencies that can participate in conversion: ET, USDT
You can subscribe with ET, USDT. After participating in the subscription, the subscribed assets will be frozen in the spot account. After the subscription is successful, the subscription funds will be deducted when the token is issued. If the subscription funds are insufficient, the subscription will fail.
5. Participation Procedure
5.1 Subscribe the IEO project share with ET and USDT until the maximum share can be subscribed
5.2 Weighting Calculation
a) ET incentive weight for SuperEx users
Among all IEO subscribers, add share weight for ET subscribers: holding ET subscriptions, weight +2
b) Among all IEO subscription users, if 10 or more users are invited to successfully subscribe, the weight will be +0.5, and each invited user will have a weight of +0.2.
5.3 Calculate the actual number of shares subscribed by the user
The actual number of shares subscribed by the user will be determined by the proportion of the user's subscription weight in the total subscription weight. The total subscription weight is the sum of the weights of all participants;
6. Allocation Rules
6.1 Users participating in the Super Start IEO activity can calculate the number of allocated tokens according to the following formula:
a. User subscription weight = (invitation weight + additional weight for holding ET subscription) * number of user subscriptions
b. User's actual subscription share = (user subscription weight/total subscription weight)
c. The number of tokens actually subscribed by the user = the number of tokens actually subscribed by the user * the total allocated share * the number of tokens per share
6.2 Give an example:
User Lares participates in WILDS's IEO project subscription, where WILDS=0.03USDT
Subscribed 10 WILDSs with ET and 10 WILDSs with USDT. At the same time, 11 Lares accumulative invitees participated in the subscription;
The weight distribution is as follows: the subscription weight of ET orders is: 20*(0.5+2)=50, and the subscription weight of Lares is 50;
6.3 The actual subscription share of users
The subscription weight value of Lares is 50, and the total subscription weight value of all users is 100, so the actual subscription number of Lares is: (50/100)=0.5
6.4 The actual number of tokens subscribed by users
The total supply is 100,000 USDT equivalent WILDS, a total of 10,000 copies, each containing 10,000 WILDS, then Lares' order can be allocated to: 20*0.5*10000=100000WILDS.
7. Subscription process
7.1 After logging into your SuperEx account, open the active subscription page;
7.2 Subscription period: July 24th, 2023 at 8:00 UTC - July 25th, 2023 at 8:00 UTC, the user selects the subscription amount and freezes the subscription funds;
7.3 Share freeze period: July 25th 2023 at 8:00 UTC - July 26th 2023 at 7:00 UTC, during which shares are frozen;
7.4 Share distribution time: July 26th, 2023 at 7:00 (UTC). This time, the phased unlocking rules will be cancelled, and part of the funds that have not been successfully subscribed will be returned after completion;
7.5 Online trading time: July 26th, 2023 at 8:00 (UTC);
7.6 Deposit opening time: July 26th, 2023 at 10:00 (UTC);
7.7 IEO additional airdrop time: July 26th, 2023 at 10:00 (UTC).
8. Notes
8.1 The "Super Start" IEO campaign will adjust the corresponding campaign rules and requirements depending on the project. Users holding and increasing the VIP membership level will receive more subscription shares in the subsequent IEO subscriptions;

8.2 If the project is fully subscribed by users, the subscription result will be announced and the transaction will be put online; if the project is not fully subscribed by users, the subscription will be regarded as a failure and will not be put online. Frozen assets will be unfrozen at the end of the campaign;
8.3 Subsequent results of IEO activity subscriptions will be announced and publicized, please pay attention to the announcement on the official website;
