1. These rules only apply to the P2P trading area
1) In order to create a fair and safe trading environment for you and improve the user's trading experience
2) The rules come into force on the date of launch, and will be revised or improved from time to time, and the new rules after modification or improvement will take effect from the date of launch;
2. All users should comply with anti-money laundering policies
1) The user shall strictly comply with the real name verification management requirements of the platform for the user's identity and account, and ensure that the relevant accounts used on the platform are legally registered and used by him/her.
2) The user shall actively cooperate with the anti-money laundering verification work required by the platform when the anti-money laundering risk control warning of the platform is triggered, and actively assist in providing relevant risk control evidential materials (specific measures shall be subject to the platform's risk control audit requirements at that time).
3) If the user triggers the AML risk control warning and does not cooperate with the platform's AML verification work, the platform has the right to restrict all or part of the functions of his or her account.
3. Information to buyers
1) You need to choose the payment method supported by the seller, complete the payment within the specified time according to the amount on the order page, and be sure to click "I have paid" after payment.
2) Please be sure to use the payment method in which you have completed the identity verification, the platform does not supportpayments by non-verified users.
3) Unless otherwise specified in the terms of the transaction, the fees charged by the payment service provider shall be paid by the buyer. The Buyer shall ensure that the total amount of the order received by the Seller is in accordance with the amount shown in the terms of the transaction or is consistent with the total amount of such order.
4) Please do not click on "I have paid" without completing payment or without making payment, as this is a malicious activity and may result in some of the functions of your account being restricted.
5) Unless expressly agreed upon by both parties via SuperExP2P chat prior to the transaction, the buyer shall be responsible for all fees charged to the payment account and the seller shall be responsible for all fees charged to the receiving account.
6) You need to choose the real-time payment method, and please pay in batches for transfers over 50,000 USD to ensure the timeliness of arrival; if you choose the non-real-time payment method for orders, you must obtain prior consent from the seller.
- When making payment, no note of sensitive words such as BTC, digital currency, buy coins, etc..
- If the seller does not release the coins within the specified time after you have completed the transfer and clicked "I have paid", you can contact the platform customer service to submit an appeal.
4. Information for sellers
1) The information of the receiving account you use must be consistent with your real name verification information in the platform.
2) After receiving full payment from the buyer and verifying that it is correct, the coin release should be completed within 30 minutes.
3) Unless otherwise stipulated by the platform, you shall not ask the buyer/customer service to cancel the order without the buyer's consent.
4) No objection to the price of the created order without the buyer's consent, unless otherwise specified by the platform.
5) If you have unfinished orders or disputes with the buyer, please keep the contact method (the mobile phone number bound by the platform) in an open status.
5. Risk warning and disclaimer
1) You are fully aware of the high level of risk involved in P2P transactions, including but not limited to the risk of significant volatility in digital assets, the higher credit risk of counterparties under P2P transactions, and the higher compliance risk of fiat currency transactions.
2) You have sufficient investment knowledge and experience and the ability to assume the risk of P2P transactions and agree to independently assume all risks arising from investing in P2P transactions.
3) You have read and understood these Rules, the Terms of Use and the relevant SuperEx Platform Rules in their entirety prior to entering into a P2P Transaction and have consulted with relevant professionals and will decide whether and how to complete a P2P Transaction based on their advice and your own reasonable judgment.
4) Under the P2P Transaction, the Platform is not the actual party to the transaction and therefore any disputes between users arising from the P2P Transaction are not relevant to the Platform, and the Platform has the right but not the obligation to undertake dispute resolution functions or to assume physical obligations or liabilities (including, without limitation, liability) to any party.
5) You agree and authorize the Platform to take various reasonable measures (including but not limited to cancellation of transactions and restriction of account functions under certain circumstances) at its sole discretion in accordance with these Rules, the Terms of Use and the relevant SuperEx Platform Rules to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of you, the Platform and other users.
6) You agree that the Platform shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you in P2P transactions or in the use of the services under these Rules for reasons not intentional or grossly negligent on the part of the Platform, including but not limited to hacker attacks, power interruptions or unavoidable technical failures, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7) The Platform reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately restrict, suspend or block your account or access to the Platform without notice if:
- We have reason to suspect that you have violated or may be violating these rules.
- We believe is necessary to protect other users from danger or property damage. If we exercise our right to restrict or deny you access to the Services, we will not be liable for any consequences of our failure to provide you with access to the Services, including any delay, damage or inconvenience that may result.
- If we determine that you are using our Platform in any way that may adversely affect the use of our Services by other users or prevent them from enjoying our Services.
- If the offender is found to be using obscene language, insults, extortion, harassment, threats against counterparties, or otherwise violating or attempting to violate the legal rights of other users (e.g., intellectual property rights such as privacy and image rights) in the course of communicating with other users, as well as collecting any personal information from other users for the purpose of distributing it on the Internet or for personal attack purposes.
You acknowledge that our decision to take certain actions (including limiting access to the Services, suspending or closing your account or wallet) may be based on standards of confidentiality that are critical to our risk management and security protocols. You agree that SuperEx is under no obligation to disclose details of its risk management and security procedures to you.
We will lift a suspension as soon as the cause of the suspension ceases to exist. However, we are under no obligation to notify you when such suspensions, if any, will be lifted.

11. After the buyer clicked "I have paid", the seller has not received the payment within 1 hour. |

The Platform shall have the right to choose one or more measures including but not limited to temporary or permanent restriction of P2P transactions, delayed withdrawal of coins, restriction of withdrawal of coins or direct freezing of accounts and associated accounts of such users. |
4. Receiving or introducing digital assets or funds from illegal sources: When the user knows or can infer from reasonable common sense that the coins received in other platforms/WeChat groups are illegal coins or funds are illegal money, but still ignores the risk and directly flows the illegal coins/illegal money to the accounts of other users of this platform. |

Notice:
All participating users abide by the SuperEx terms of service by default, and their account qualifications will be suspended immediately if violations are found;
SuperEx has the right to modify the terms without prior notice to users;
SuperEx will disqualify non-compliant users from participating and suspend the use of relevant SuperEx accounts;
SuperEx reserves the right of final interpretation.
