1. Content Policy
SuperEx is an open platform where true Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) can share their insights, expertise, and experiences to drive new learning through dialog.
To realize this vision, we have designated the following rules for KOL content creation to create a fair environment and a richer reading experience for all members of the platform.
Content Rules
By posting content on our platform, KOLs agree to abide by this policy. We reserve the right to reject and remove any content that violates the terms of this policy or other content that we determine in our sole discretion to be controversial.
KOL is responsible for ensuring that the content it publishes complies with relevant laws and regulations.
The tone of the content on the platform should be truthful, neutral and respectful.
Inappropriate content
The following content is not allowed:
- Off-topic, irrelevant and fraudulent content;
- Contains any content with keywords related to general politics, social commentary or personal complaints topics;
- Contains any content with keywords related to pornography or sexual topics;
- Content that contains harassment, bullying or obscene, profane or abusive language or gestures;
- Content that promotes or incites violence;
- Content that is intended for advertising or commercial promotion;
- Content that contains private or confidential information about others;
- Content that contains links or embedded links that drive traffic to external websites, businesses or products.
Timeline
Once a KOL's content is submitted to the system, our content reviewers will thoroughly analyze the content for quality and accuracy in accordance with our content policies. The content review process may take up to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete.
Upon completion of the content review, our reviewers will make a decision to approve or disapprove the content submitted by the KOL in accordance with the Content Policy.
2. User Agreement
As a member of our platform, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the provisions of SuperEx's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including the manner in which we collect, use, share and store your personal information.
General Terms of Platform Use
You may not do, attempt to do, or authorize a third party to do any of the following: (1) access or tamper with non-public areas of the Platform or the systems of our technology providers; (2) access the Platform by any means other than through the means of access that we currently provide; (3) forge any TCP/IP packet header, any portion of the header information of any email or poster, or use the Platform to send in any way a identified false source information; (4) interfering with or disrupting any user's access, hosting, or network, such as by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing, or using scripts to create content or accounts that interfere with the Platform or place an undue burden on the Platform.
Sharing
When you share content or information on our Platform, others can see, copy, and use that information. We are under no obligation to post any information or content on our Platform and have the right to remove it with or without notice.
Rights and their limitations
All content and personal information you submit on the Platform is owned by you personally, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to use all such content.
You undertake that any content or information you submit on the Platform does not violate the law and does not infringe on the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any person. You also undertake that your personal information is true and valid.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account if you violate the terms of our User Agreement and Content Policy.
3. Disclaimer
SuperEx aims to provide you with a broad and open platform, but we cannot guarantee on some issues. The information and content displayed on the platform is provided by our members. We do not create this information and do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information provided by our members.
SuperEx (A) expressly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information and content, and (B) is not responsible for any errors, or other omissions, delays or interruptions in such information or for any actions taken in reliance on such information. Users use the Platform information at their own risk.
