How to Receive Assets in a Web3 Wallet from Other Platforms or Wallets?

A Web3 wallet allows you to receive digital assets from other platforms or wallets by copying the receiving address or scanning a QR code.

Mobile App Version

1. Open the app and go to 【Web3 Wallet】, then select 【Receive】.
   
2. Choose the cryptocurrency and corresponding network you want to receive (e.g., USDT on the TRON network). Copy the receiving address, scan the QR code, or share the address with the sender to complete the transfer.
   
   
3. Open the third-party platform or wallet from which you want to withdraw. Search for USDT, select the appropriate network (e.g., TRON), and click Withdraw/Transfer. On the withdrawal page, paste the copied Web3 wallet address, enter the withdrawal amount, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
   
   
   
   

Web Version

1. Open the official website, click 【Connect Wallet】, select 【SuperEx Wallet】, and use the SuperEx Web3 wallet on your phone to scan the QR code and log in to the Web3 web version.
   
2. Click 【Wallet】, then navigate to the Spot Market section.
   
3. Select the cryptocurrency and network (e.g., USDT on the TRON network), then copy the address, scan the QR code, or share the address to complete the transaction.

Important Notes

• The sent cryptocurrency must match the receiving cryptocurrency, and the sending network must match the receiving network.
  
  
• Example: If you send USDT on the ETH network, you must also choose USDT on the ETH network for receiving.
