1. Introduction
By participating in the SuperEx Copy Trading Service (as defined below), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in these Copy Trading Service Terms of Use (the "Terms") and agree to be bound by them. If you do not fully understand or accept these Terms, you should not participate in the service.
2. Overview of Copy Trading
2.1 Copy Trading Service
Copy Trading provides you, as a "Copy Trader," with the opportunity to interact with other traders and replicate their investment portfolios. You may make investment decisions regarding crypto assets based on information provided by Lead Traders (who may be anonymous or otherwise unidentifiable), such as details of their trades executed on the Platform (collectively referred to as the "Copy Trading Service" or "Copy Trading").
Copy Trading also allows you, as a "Lead Trader," to interact with other traders and provide trading signals for Copy Traders to reference.
Please note that Copy Trading does not provide personalized investment advice. All information is provided for reference purposes only, and you are responsible for exercising your own judgment and assuming the associated risks.
2.2 Suitability Assessment
SuperEx reserves the right to assess your knowledge, experience, and suitability to determine whether Copy Trading is appropriate for you. This assessment will be based on the information and documents you provide, which you may update at any time.
SuperEx shall not be liable for any losses resulting from false information provided during the assessment. You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information to ensure the validity of the assessment.
2.3 Trade Execution
Copy Trading provides order replication services only and does not guarantee that copied orders will match the Lead Trader's orders in terms of opening or closing prices, execution times, or profit and loss ratios.
You acknowledge that factors such as market conditions, changes in market depth, and delays in system instructions may affect trading outcomes. Market volatility may also cause your actual trading results to differ significantly from your expectations.
2.4 Monitoring and Management
SuperEx will continuously monitor user activities and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions:
(i) Open or close accounts;
(ii) Include or exclude Lead Traders and Copy Traders;
(iii) Suspend the copy trading privileges of any account;
(iv) Cancel or reject any orders for security reasons;
(v) Terminate its relationship with any user.
SuperEx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in response to changes in market conditions.
3. Representations and Warranties
3.1 By using the Copy Trading Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- You have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations to lawfully participate in Copy Trading.
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
- You will keep your account information confidential and accept responsibility for any consequences arising from its disclosure.
- You will not use another person's information. If the information you provide is inaccurate, unlawful, or invalid, SuperEx will prohibit you from using the Service.
- You acknowledge and agree that you may be subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including Politically Exposed Person (PEP) checks and sanctions screening.
- You agree to keep your personal information up to date throughout your use of the Service and promptly notify SuperEx of any changes.
- You acknowledge and agree to notify the Copy Trading Platform of any errors within 72 hours of trade execution.
- You have not uploaded or transmitted, and will not upload or transmit, any malicious code or otherwise manipulate any aspect of the Copy Trading Platform.
- You agree to publish only information that complies with applicable laws and regulations. You must not maliciously publish or disseminate unlawful or potentially unethical content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and videos.
- Funds invested through the Copy Trading Service must not originate from any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug trafficking or terrorism.
