These Terms apply when you use SuperEx Services provided on, through, or otherwise made available to you via the Platform. SuperEx Services may be provided by SuperEx or by any SuperEx Affiliate in accordance with these Terms, any Product Terms, or any Additional Terms.
By registering a SuperEx Account, accessing the SuperEx Platform, and/or using SuperEx Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any additional documents or terms referenced herein.
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms may be updated or amended from time to time and shall automatically take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. You shall comply with the Terms in effect at the relevant time.
If you do not fully understand and accept these Terms, please do not register a SuperEx Account, access the Platform, or use any SuperEx Services.
All content on this Website is provided for the convenience of users and may be available in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

1. Content Policy
SuperEx is an open platform where genuine Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) can share their insights, expertise, and experiences, facilitating the exchange of ideas and enabling users to learn and acquire new knowledge through discussions.
To achieve this objective, we have established the following rules governing content creation by KOLs, with the aim of fostering a fair environment and providing a richer reading experience for all Platform members.
Content Rules
By publishing content on the Platform, KOLs agree to comply with this Policy.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates the provisions of this Policy, as well as any other content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be controversial.
KOLs are responsible for ensuring that the content they publish complies with relevant Applicable Laws and Regulations.
Content published on the Platform should be authentic, neutral, and respectful of others.
Inappropriate Content
The following types of content are prohibited:
- Off-topic, irrelevant, or fraudulent content;

Political propaganda unrelated to the Platform's subject matter, inflammatory statements, discriminatory content, malicious personal attacks, or other information that violates Applicable Laws or the Platform's content standards.
Objective discussions directly related to Digital Assets, market analysis, or the impact of relevant policies must be conducted in a lawful, truthful, neutral, and respectful manner.
- Content containing any keywords related to pornography or sexual topics;
- Content involving harassment, bullying, or obscene, profane, or insulting language or gestures;
- Content that promotes or incites violence;

Without the Platform's prior approval, content primarily intended for advertising, commercial promotion, inducing trading activities, or directing traffic to third-party websites, products, or services is prohibited.
Content involving commercial partnerships, sponsorships, or other material interests must be appropriately disclosed in accordance with the Platform's rules and Applicable Laws.
Objective project introductions, market research, and industry analyses shall not be deemed prohibited commercial promotions solely because they mention relevant products or projects.
- Content containing private or confidential information belonging to others;
- Content containing links or embedded links intended to direct traffic to external websites, businesses, or products.
Political propaganda unrelated to the Platform's subject matter, inflammatory statements, discriminatory content, malicious personal attacks, or other information that violates Applicable Laws or the Platform's content standards shall not be published.

Review Timeline
The Platform will generally complete its review within 24 hours after receiving content submitted by a KOL, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The actual review period may be extended depending on the volume of submissions, the complexity of the review, or other exceptional circumstances. The final outcome shall be subject to the Platform's actual review decision.
Approval by the Platform does not constitute any representation or warranty regarding the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.
KOLs shall bear the corresponding responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the content they publish.
Upon completion of the content review, our moderators will decide whether to approve or reject the content submitted by KOLs in accordance with the Content Policy.
2. User Agreement
As a member of our Platform, the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Data are governed by the relevant provisions of the SuperEx Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including the manner in which we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.
General Terms of Platform Use
You shall not engage in, attempt to engage in, or instruct any third party to engage in any of the following activities:
(1) Accessing or tampering with non-public areas of the Platform or the systems of its technology providers;
(2) Accessing the Platform through any means other than the access methods currently provided by us;
(3) Forging any portion of a TCP/IP packet header, any email header, or any header information associated with a post, or otherwise using the Platform to transmit information with a knowingly false indication of its source;
(4) Interfering with or disrupting any user's access, host, or network, including by transmitting viruses, overloading systems, conducting flooding attacks, sending spam, engaging in email bombing, or using scripts to create content or Accounts in a manner that interferes with the Platform or imposes an unnecessary burden on it.
Sharing
When you share content or information on our Platform, other users may view, copy, and use such information.
We are under no obligation to publish any information or content on the Platform and reserve the right to remove such information or content with or without prior notice.
Rights and Limitations
You retain the intellectual property rights and other lawful rights to which you are entitled under Applicable Laws in the original content you publish on the Platform.
For the purposes of providing, operating, maintaining, and displaying the Platform's Services, you grant SuperEx a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, display, distribute, and perform necessary technical processing of the content you publish, solely to the extent necessary for the relevant Services.
The duration and termination of this license shall be determined in accordance with this Agreement and Applicable Laws.
Your Personal Data will be processed in accordance with the SuperEx Privacy Policy and Applicable Laws and shall not fall within the scope of the foregoing content license.
You represent and undertake that the content or information you submit to the Platform does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any person, including Intellectual Property Rights.
You further undertake that your personal information is truthful and valid.
If content published by a user violates Applicable Laws, this Content Policy, or other Platform rules, SuperEx reserves the right to take necessary measures based on the nature and severity of the violation and the associated risks, including rejecting publication, removing content, restricting relevant functions, or suspending or terminating Account Services.
Where content is suspected of violating applicable requirements or is subject to dispute, the Platform may temporarily restrict its visibility where necessary and conduct further review.
3. Disclaimer
SuperEx aims to provide you with a broad and open platform. However, there are certain matters for which we cannot provide guarantees.
The information and content displayed on the Platform are provided by our members. We do not create such information and make no warranties regarding the accuracy or timeliness of information provided by members.
To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws, SuperEx:
(A) Expressly disclaims any liability for the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information or content; and
(B) Shall not be liable for any errors, other omissions, delays, or interruptions relating to such information, or for any actions taken in reliance upon such information.
Users access and use information on the Platform at their own risk.
