These Terms apply when you use SuperEx Services provided on, through, or otherwise made available to you via the Platform. SuperEx Services may be provided by SuperEx or by any SuperEx Affiliate in accordance with these Terms, any Product Terms, or any Additional Terms.
By registering a SuperEx Account, accessing the SuperEx Platform, and/or using SuperEx Services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any additional documents or terms referenced herein.
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms may be updated or amended from time to time and shall automatically take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. You shall comply with the Terms in effect at the relevant time.
If you do not fully understand and accept these Terms, please do not register a SuperEx Account, access the Platform, or use any SuperEx Services.
All content on this Website is provided for the convenience of users and may be available in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Subject to your compliance with these License Terms, SuperEx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use SuperEx Authenticator in accordance with these Terms.
The duration of the license to use the Software may differ from the period during which its associated online services are provided. SuperEx may update, modify, or discontinue the Software and its associated services in accordance with these Terms, Applicable Laws, and relevant service rules.
SuperEx Authenticator
These License Terms constitute an agreement between you and SuperEx (or the relevant SuperEx Affiliate in your jurisdiction).
Please read them carefully.
These Terms apply to the Software identified above, including any media through which you receive the Software, if applicable.
These Terms also apply to any of the following provided by SuperEx for the Software:
- Updates;
- Supplements;
- Internet-based services;
- Support services;
unless separate terms accompany such items, in which case those separate terms shall apply.
By using the Software, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Software.
If you comply with these License Terms, you will have the following perpetual rights.
1. Installation and Use Rights
a. Installation and Use
You may install and use SuperEx Authenticator on devices that you lawfully own or control, subject to these Terms, applicable technical restrictions, and the security management rules published by the Platform.
You shall not reproduce, distribute, or make the Software available to any third party without authorization.
b. Third-Party Programs
The Software may contain third-party software, open-source components, or other technical services.
Unless otherwise expressly provided, such components may be subject to their respective license terms.
When using the Software, you shall also comply with the license terms applicable to the relevant third-party components.
2. Internet-Based Services
SuperEx provides Internet-based services in connection with the Software.
Such services may be modified or discontinued at any time.
The Software connects to services and computer systems over the Internet, including third-party Internet sites.
By using the Software, you consent to the transmission of standard device information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, application software, and peripheral devices, for the purpose of using Internet-based or wireless services.
If additional terms are provided in connection with your use of the Software to access the services you use, you shall comply with such terms.
You shall not use these services in any manner that could damage or impair the services or interfere with any other person's use of them.
You shall not use these services to attempt to gain unauthorized access, by any means, to any service, data, Account, or network.
3. Scope of License
The Software is licensed, not sold.
This Agreement grants you only certain rights to use the Software.
SuperEx reserves all other rights.
Unless Applicable Laws grant you rights beyond the restrictions set forth herein, you may use the Software only as expressly permitted under this Agreement.
In doing so, you must comply with any technical restrictions incorporated into the Software that permit its use only in specified ways.
You shall not:
- Circumvent any technical restrictions incorporated into the Software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by Applicable Laws notwithstanding this restriction;
- Make more copies of the Software than are permitted under this Agreement or by Applicable Laws, notwithstanding this restriction;
- Publish the Software for others to copy;
- Rent, lease, or lend the Software;
- Transfer the Software or this Agreement to any third party;
- Use the Software to provide commercial software hosting services.
4. Backup Copy
You may make one backup copy of the Software.
You may use that copy solely for the purpose of reinstalling the Software.
5. Documentation
You may access, download, or reproduce the relevant documentation provided by SuperEx within the scope of your lawful use of the Software, solely for personal study, operational reference, and other non-commercial purposes.
Without the prior written consent of SuperEx, you shall not use such documentation for unauthorized commercial distribution or any other unauthorized purposes.
6. Export Restrictions
The use, downloading, distribution, and transfer of the Software may be subject to restrictions under applicable export control laws, economic sanctions, and other relevant laws and regulations.
You shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the Software and its use, including restrictions relating to destinations, end users, and end uses.
7. Support Services
SuperEx may provide relevant technical support and assistance for the Software based on its actual operational circumstances.
If you experience authentication issues, lose your device, or encounter other Account security issues while using SuperEx Authenticator, you may seek assistance through SuperEx's official customer support channels.
The specific scope of support and applicable procedures shall be governed by the relevant rules published by the Platform.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the applicable terms governing the supplements, updates, Internet-based services, and support services you use, constitutes the entire agreement concerning the Software and the associated support services.
9. Legal Effect
This Agreement describes certain legal rights.
You may have additional rights under the laws of your country or region.
You may also have rights against the seller of your Software.
To the extent that the laws of your country or region do not permit this Agreement to modify the rights granted to you under such laws, this Agreement shall not alter the rights to which you are entitled under the laws of your country or region.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is licensed "AS IS."
You bear the risks associated with its use.
SuperEx makes no express warranties, guarantees, or conditions.
You may have additional consumer rights or statutory protections under your local laws that cannot be modified by this Agreement.
To the extent permitted by your local laws, SuperEx disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability for Damages
You may recover compensation from the Company and its suppliers only for direct damages, and the amount of any refund shall constitute the maximum amount of compensation recoverable.
You may not recover compensation for any other damages, including consequential damages, loss of profits, special damages, indirect damages, or incidental damages.
This limitation applies to:
- Any matters relating to software, services, or content (including code) on third-party Internet sites, or third-party programs; and
- To the extent permitted by Applicable Laws, claims arising from breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence, or other tortious conduct.
This limitation shall apply even if SuperEx knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
Because the laws of your country or region may not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental, consequential, or other damages, the foregoing limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
