Possible Reasons for Withdrawal Not Received on SuperEx
When withdrawing digital assets from SuperEx to another platform, if the withdrawal has not been credited, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Case 1: Incorrect Withdrawal Network Selected
Ensure that the selected blockchain network matches the receiving platform’s network.
For example, if you withdraw from Platform A to Platform B and select Tron (TRC20) on Platform A but Ethereum (ERC20) on Platform B, your funds will not be credited. Always select the same network for both withdrawal and deposit.
Case 2: Blockchain Confirmation Pending
After initiating a withdrawal, the transaction must be confirmed on the blockchain.
- The confirmation time varies depending on network congestion.
- If the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain but is still not credited, contact the receiving platform’s customer support for further verification.
Case 3: Withdrawal Not Yet Processed
If your withdrawal status shows "Processing" or "Pending", it means that there is a high volume of withdrawal requests.
- Transactions are processed in chronological order based on the submission time.
- Manual intervention is not possible, so please be patient while the system processes your request.
Case 4: Incorrect Memo/Tag Entered
Certain cryptocurrencies require a Memo/Tag (also known as Tag or Payment ID) for transactions.
- Check the deposit page of the receiving platform to verify if a Memo/Tag is required.
- If a Memo/Tag is required, make sure to enter it correctly during withdrawal.
- If no Memo/Tag is required, you can enter any 8-digit number in the tag field on SuperEx for security reasons.
- If the Memo/Tag is incorrect, your funds may not be credited. Contact the receiving platform’s support team for assistance.
Can Withdrawals Be Reversed if the Address is Incorrect?
Once a withdrawal is successfully processed on the blockchain, SuperEx cannot reverse or retrieve the funds.
If the withdrawal address or network is incorrect, you must:
- Contact the recipient or the receiving platform's customer support.
- Provide the transaction hash (TxID) for investigation.
Since blockchain transactions are irreversible and wallet addresses are anonymous, SuperEx cannot track or recover funds sent to the wrong address.
If your withdrawal status is still "Pending", you may contact SuperEx customer support to request a cancellation.
- Once the withdrawal is processed, it cannot be canceled.
