Withdrawals are mainly divided into two types: on-chain withdrawals and internal transfers. Here, we will use USDT as an example to demonstrate the process.
On-Chain Withdrawal
- Open the app homepage, click [Assets] → [Withdraw], and search for the cryptocurrency [USDT].
2. Choose the withdrawal method [Via Blockchain Transfer] → Select [Transfer Network] → Scan or paste the [Withdrawal Address] → Enter the [Withdrawal Amount] → Click [Withdraw]. Users can view the minimum withdrawal amount before entering the amount.
3. Enter the required password and verification code to complete the operation.
Note:
When selecting the withdrawal network, ensure that the [Deposit/Receiving Network] of the other exchange or wallet matches the withdrawal network of SuperEx. For example, both should be Tron (TRC20); otherwise, the funds may be lost.
Internal Transfer
- Open the app homepage, click [Assets] → [Withdraw], and search for the cryptocurrency [USDT].
- Choose the withdrawal method [Via Email/Phone Number/User UID Transfer] → Enter or paste the recipient's [Email/Phone Number/User UID] → Enter the [Amount] → Click [Withdraw].
- Enter the required password and verification code to complete the operation.
Note:
The withdrawal page displays the [Minimum Amount], [24-hour Withdrawal Limit], and [Fees]. Please ensure that the parameters meet the requirements.
Reminder:
Some cryptocurrencies require a tag for withdrawals. The tag is usually a string of numbers. For example, when withdrawing XRP, you must fill in the tag in addition to the withdrawal address. Otherwise, the funds may be lost.
