Depositing refers to transferring digital assets from your wallet or another platform’s account to another platform’s account. If you need to deposit assets from another platform to SuperEx, follow these steps:
- Open the App homepage, click on 【Assets】—【Deposit】, and choose the cryptocurrency, such as 【USDT】.
- Select the deposit network, such as 【TRON】— 【Copy】 the address, then open the other platform or wallet, paste the address, and follow the instructions to complete the deposit.
Note: When selecting a deposit network, the withdrawal/deposit network on the other exchange or wallet must be the same as the SuperEx deposit network, for example, both should be USDT-TRON (TRC20); otherwise, the assets may be lost.
- Click 【Assets】—【Deposit】, and tap the top-right icon of the deposit history to view the corresponding deposit progress.
Important Notes:
- For withdrawals and transfers on this platform, click 【Assets】—【Withdrawals】. The location on third-party platforms (other exchanges or wallets) may vary, so please carefully review the menus and options on the third-party platform to find the corresponding function. Always proceed with caution and confirm all actions to ensure the safety of your assets.
- Certain cryptocurrencies require a tag, such as XRP. The deposit address will indicate the required tag, which is usually a string of numbers. When depositing these cryptocurrencies, you must fill in both the deposit address and the tag; otherwise, your assets may be lost.
